Location:

• Boston MA
• Hybrid - In office 3 days per week
• Up to 15% travel within the US

You are:

• A senior with an anticipated graduation date of May 2027
• Majoring in Risk Management Economics Finance Business Accounting or Mathematics with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• A collaborative teammate with a can-do attitude who enjoys taking a variety of data points and making it easy for others to use and understand

You have:

Required Qualifications

• High level of comfort with math and numbers

• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Comfort exploring emerging technologies and leveraging AI-powered tools to seek innovative solutions

You will:

• Participate in a training program to provide understanding of the organization and Underwriter role
• Be a part of a team responsible for assessing risk and making decisions on an appropriate rate level
• Identify and communicate trends to support key financial measures
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career

Salary Range:

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education experience knowledge and abilities of the successful addition to salary this role may also be eligible for annual sales or other incentive compensation.
