Realistic expected earnings of $130,000 – $140,000 for those willing to put in the work
We pay higher than the rest of the industry - most companies do a 50/50 commission split. Ours is always structured to give the sales rep more than that.
No project management, easy workload. Our door-to-door team makes very high commissions for just bringing the deals and doing the inspections.
Top performers can make upwards of $250,000
