Job Description
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
Create automated workflows to improve business efficiency and replace manual processes
Build and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and logic
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems
Develop custom connectors, data models, and forms for enterprise applications
Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and performance problems
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Maintain documentation including design specs, diagrams, and user guides
Follow best practices for environment strategy, security, ALM, and governance
Work with security roles, DLP policies, and administrative processes to ensure compliance
Required Skills & Experience (7 years)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
MS Power Platform development and implementation
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate, and Dataverse data modeling and business logic
Building workflows, connectors, forms, and custom components
Strong SQL skills, database structure knowledge, and database integration experience
Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher highly desired
Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or RPA/Power Automate Desktop
Experience with Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD
