SAP FSCM Consultant

The Woodlands, TX- Hybrid

SAP FSCM Consultant Requirements

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant with 10+ years of SAP Finance and Accounts Receivable experience, including extensive hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The consultant will lead the design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of FSCM solutions while driving business process transformation across Credit, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Finance functions.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI) experience with multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading FSCM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Demonstrated experience working with global business teams across Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable organizations.
• Strong business process transformation and change management experience.

Functional Expertise

The consultant must possess deep expertise in:

Must Have

SAP FSCM Credit Management

• Credit scoring and risk assessment.
• Credit exposure management.
• Credit limit calculation and management.
• Business Partner credit master data and credit profiles.
• Credit review and approval workflows.
• Integration with external credit agencies and risk providers.

SAP FSCM Collections Management

• Collection strategies and segmentation.
• Collections worklists and prioritization.
• Dunning and customer communication processes.
• Collection analytics and reporting.

SAP FSCM Dispute Management

• Dispute case creation and management.
• Root cause classification and workflow configuration.
• Integration with Accounts Receivable and Collections processes.

Good to Have

Cash Application

• Automatic cash application and matching processes.
• Lockbox and electronic remittance processing.
• EDI and electronic payment file integration.
• Bank statement processing and reconciliation.

SAP Treasury & Risk Management Expertise

The consultant must have experience integrating FSCM with SAP Treasury solutions, including:

• Treasury and Risk Management integration.
• Liquidity forecasting and cash visibility.
• Working capital optimization initiatives.
• Cash position management.
• Financial risk management processes.
• Bank connectivity and electronic bank transmission file formats.

Integration Experience

• Integration with Moody's and other external credit rating/risk agencies.
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management integration.
• SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, and Banking integrations.
• Experience with banking interfaces, payment formats, and electronic bank communications.
• API, middleware, and third-party integration experience preferred.

SAP Fiori & Analytics

• Configuration and deployment of SAP Fiori applications related to FSCM.
• Development and utilization of FSCM analytical dashboards.
• Credit, collections, dispute, and treasury reporting.
• Fiori-based KPI monitoring and operational analytics.

Technical and Project Leadership Skills

• Lead solution architecture and functional design workshops.
• Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.
• Configure FSCM modules and coordinate development activities.
• Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA FSCM certification preferred.
• SAP Treasury and Risk Management experience preferred.
• Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
• Knowledge of best practices in Credit Management, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Working Capital Management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Test plans, test scripts, and execution support.
• Training materials and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Go-live and hypercare support.
