Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What Youll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors patients and staff; verifying access credentials; and directing individuals according to site-specific policies.
• Monitor entry activity visitor sign-in processes and access control systems to help maintain an orderly professional environment.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor incident and access-related records; communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support a positive patient and visitor experience by providing clear directions answering general questions and addressing security-related concerns professionally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
