You will:Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of medical products to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providersManage all procurement activities, including vendor qualification and adherence to FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standardsMaintain optimal inventory levels of products, preventing the risk of stockouts or overstockDrive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards, through negotiation of contracts and relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight partnersCollaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives and compliance requirementsMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, delivery lead time, inventory turnover, and supplier performanceUtilize ERP system (IFS) and demand planning tools to enhance forecast accuracy and streamline operationsLead, mentor, and develop team members to support operational scalability and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical sourcing practices, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs)What You'll BringWe're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
