About the Company
Our client is a a highly respected and financially stable Twin Cities area commercial construction company with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Our focus is on fostering strong relationships, both within our team and with our clients, to ensure consistent growth and success.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager who is not only capable of leading commercial construction projects but also has the drive and vision to transition into an ownership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
* Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
* Identify opportunities for company growth and improvement
Qualifications
* Experience: 8+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects to $20M
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficiency in construction management software
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and long-term growth
